After a pair of perfect weekends, Wisconsin and Clarkson rise in NCAA correspondent Jordan Menard’s latest women’s hockey Power 5 rankings, still looking to dethrone Ohio State from the top spot.
Here’s a complete look at Menard’s second power rankings of 2024.
No. 1 Ohio State (Previous: 1) — The Bucks’ offense dominated with a 7-1 win on Friday and a 6-1 win on Saturday, both against Minnesota. Joy Dunne had a hat trick in Friday’s win and Jenna Buglioni had three assists on Saturday.

No. 2 Wisconsin (Previous: 3) — The Badgers are on a five-game win streak after sweeping St. Thomas this weekend, outscoring the Tommies 12-1. Sarah Wozniewicz had a hat trick in Friday’s win and Casey O’Brien had two goals and two assists on Saturday.
No. 3 Colgate (Previous: 5) — Colgate took a pair of top-10 victories this weekend, sweeping Cornell. Kristýna Kaltounková scored three goals across both games.

No. 4 Minnesota (Previous: 2) — The Gophers lost twice to No. 1 Ohio State this weekend, where Madison Kaiser had the lone goal of the series.
