Against the picturesque backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser in the Austrian Alps, the six-time Grand Slam champion talks about his love of tennis and what drives him.
“For me, competition has always been at the forefront. I love competing, I love playing. I love going into a tennis match, even this tennis ‘fight’,” explained Becker.
“And it was the same afterwards. Yes, I earned a bit of money, but I never really played tennis for the money, I wanted to win. That always took centre stage and that probably saved me in the years that followed.”
For Sascha, the podcast is a chance to pursue his love of interviewing.
“I wanted to do a project like this for myself because I’ve had a keen interest in talk shows for a long time,” he says
